Job description
Provide support for the full Treasury Management (“TM”) operations work cycle, separately from day-to-day Client Support duties. Coordinate and fulfill implementation activities, ensuring high quality documentation to provide TM service to clients, tracking and clearing documentation exceptions, and completing the onboarding of new TM clients.
Establish billing for services provided to TM clients. Fulfill routine daily, weekly, monthly, and annual TM Operations tasks. Complete periodic TM Client risk reviews. Maintain TM business unit reporting. Monitor and mitigate fraud and other risks and threats. Serve as a subj
