Reset Behavior

Las Vegas, NevadaFull-timePosted Oct 6, 2026

Job description

Join Our Team! Reset Behavior opened in 2020 and is a reputable BCBA-owned and operated clinic that provides Applied Behavior Analysis services to children, adolescents, and adults with autism spectrum disorder, emotional and behavioral disorders, and related developmental and behavioral comorbidities. Our clinic and services proudly support clients of all ages and severity levels, including severe and profound clients.

Reset Behavior is hiring an In-Clinic BCBA, However, BCBAs must be willing to provide services across in-home and community settings based on client and company needs. Our 8,000-square-foot space isn’t your average therapy center; it’s intentionally designed to look and feel just like a real school. We have multiple classrooms, a multipurpose and lunch room, several individual therapy rooms, adult and teen rooms, a massive Natural Environment Training (NET) gym, and our own private outdoor space for kids to play and learn.

It’s the perfect setup to bridge the gap between 1:1 therapy and the classroom. As a BCBA here, you get to focus on what actually matters. Our clinical philosophy is simple: prioritize behavior first. We focus heavily on meaningful behavior reduction and removing barriers to learning before pushing hard on skill acquisition.

We know that once a learner is regulated, supported, and successful, the new skills naturally follow and can be added. To get our kids truly school-ready, we mimic a real school day. Clients are either assigned to a classroom or follow a highly individualized schedule, complete with 30- to 60-minute rotations. This keeps kids moving around the clinic, gives them tons of natural practice with transitions, and helps them generalize their skills across different environments and people.

Burnout is too common in our field, which is why we are so proud of our positive company culture and very low turnover. We aren't just co-workers; we're a supportive, tight-knit community that actually enjoys coming to work. If you're looking for a place where you feel valued, heard, and can actually plant roots, you'll fit right in here.

Our salary-only positions are based on a standard 40-hour workweek. We are a Monday–Thursday clinic , open from 7:45 AM to 6:30 PM . We are seeking a present, hands-on, and dedicated BCBA who is willing to collaborate closely with our clinical team, RBTs, clients, and families. We know our industry puts way too much emphasis on grinding out billable hours, but we believe your non-billable time is just as important and valuable as the hours you bill.

We aim for a high level of in-person supervision (our goal is 10%), while still giving you the autonomy and flexibility you deserve as a professional. To keep your workload balanced, our expectation is very manageable: just 110 direct billable hours per month, typically never exceeding 10 clients. You are given 50 non-billable hours each month to handle the rest of your job description, prep, and administrative tasks.

The best part? We don't track them. We treat you like the professional you are—that time is there for you to manage as you see fit, so you can do your best work without the stress. BCBA Benefits (Full-Time) Full-time BCBAs at Reset Behavior are eligible for the following benefits: Starting with 80 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year, accrued monthly!
