RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in preparing baked goods and other items as needed, following the prep list and designated recipes and procedures Display baked goods creatively and keep displays well-stocked, clean, and organized Present a courteous attitude to guests, going out of the way to offer assistance , on the phone or in person Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 3 months of experience in baking or culinary school Must be able to work a variety of shifts including early morning and evening shifts, at all four lodges Must provide work shoes, French knife and other knives, spatulas , and pastry tools Able to stand for long periods of time Able to lift and carry full sheet pans PAY RATE: Pay: $20.
