Job Posting Title Customer planner Job Description Summary We are looking for a customer planner to join the distribution team of our supply chain area! Job Description: What tasks can you expect? Creating shipping documentation and handling deliveries to customers Daily analysis of orders Preparing reports, statements and calculations Participating in new projects Collaborating with other departments of the organization Managing deliveries to customers Daily interdepartmental meetings Daily administration with the “QAD” enterprise management system Creating packaging processes with customers/suppliers Creating packaging instructions for external and internal customers/suppliers Optimizing existing packaging solutions Managing packaging inventory Required Skills and Education Experience in a similar role in logistics planning (automotive / manufacturing environment) Communicative English language skills Strong organizational skills Analytical mindset Knowledge of enterprise management systems (knowledge of QAD is a particular advantage) and confident use of MS Office programs About Dauch: Dauch Corporation is a premier Driveline and Metal Forming supplier serving the global automotive industry with a powertrain-agnostic product portfolio that supports electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles.
