Senior Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is confident leading HR as a department of one. As the Senior HR Generalist for our Port Canaveral facility (100+ employees), you will own all HR functions onsite while partnering closely with the Regional HR Manager and HR Centers.

This highly visible role blends strategic leadership with day-to-day HR operations, supporting a diverse workforce, coaching supervisors and employees, conducting investigations, driving engagement, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate builds strong relationships on the production floor, influences plant leadership, and independently leads initiatives that elevate culture, talent, and performance across the site.
