Coordinator - Rehab Intake

Highlights of your role: An Intake Coordinator is responsible for registering and scheduling rehabilitation services patients. Intake Coordinators have direct communication with patients, Rehabilitation Services staff, primary care providers, and specialists. Interdepartmental communication is also necessary for intake coordinators ensuring provision of care for our patients is maximized.   We invite you to join our team as we continue on our commitment of caring for generations.
