Fermentation & Microbiology Manager

Responsible for executing and optimizing lab-scale fermentation processes to support the development of fermentation-derived products. The role focuses on fermentation process optimization, prototype production, microbiological experimentation, and analytical assay development. The position contributes to improving yield, expression, and cost efficiency of fermentation systems while supporting laboratory operations and scientific experimentation.
