What Makes This Role Different? Not a traditional Nursing Director position Serves as the nursing subject matter expert across all Radiology modalities Partners closely with Radiology leaders, physicians, and Nursing Directors throughout BIDMC Leads quality, patient safety, and patient event reporting initiatives Drives operational excellence in a fast-paced procedural environment What You'll Lead Team of 45 nursing professionals Clinical and operational oversight of radiology nursing services Recruitment, retention, staff development, and performance management Budget, staffing, and resource planning Quality and regulatory initiatives Qualifications Required BSN required Massachusetts RN License required BLS Certification required Radiology and/or Peri Op Nursing Experience required 5+ years of relevant healthcare leadership experience required Preferred Master's Degree (Nursing, Healthcare Administration, MBA, or related field) Leadership experience in Interventional Radiology, Procedural Services, Critical Care, or Imaging Pay Range: $180,000.

00 USD - $230,000.00 USD The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
