Job description
This position serves as the primary operational support resource for the Sales Department. The position acts as a liaison between Sales, agency personnel, the life insurance company, the bank, and internal departments to ensure the efficient coordination of agent and agency operations, sales initiatives, promotional incentive programs, and sales events.
The position is responsible for coordinating key operational processes, negotiating with vendors, booking travel and event accommodations, and supporting Sales leadership through effective planning and execution of departmental initiatives.
