Role Overview As a Senior Engagement Manager, you own the health and performance of client engagements. You translate business goals into clear delivery paths, act as the central link between stakeholders and teams, and provide cross-functional leadership to ensure long-term value and momentum. What You’ll Be Doing End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of client engagements, including planning, financial forecasting, and internal reporting.

Stakeholder Alignment: Build trusted relationships across HR, IT, and Program Management to guide change and adoption.
