Job description

Working independently and in partnership with cross-functional teams, lead and support complex projects and strategic initiatives. Support program implementations, RFPs, vendor transitions, process improvements, employee engagement efforts, compliance activities, and program enhancements. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across Human Resources, Procurement, Legal, Payroll, Communications, Employee Resource Groups, and other business functions.

5-7 years of relevant and progressive experience in benefits or related experience, including knowledge of health, well-being and welfare and/or retirement programs. Strong project management skills with experience leading complex initiatives. Strong vendor management skills, including performance management, issue resolution, and service delivery oversight.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to develop recommendations and support decision-making. Strong written and verbal communication required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business applications. Knowledge of benefits-related regulations and compliance requirements, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA preferred.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 5-7 years of relevant and progressive experience in benefits, including general and advanced knowledge of health and welfare and/or retirement programs and systems, advanced degree and/or designation preferred.
