Our programs includeInfant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, Before & After Care, and Summer Camp.

As a Bus Driver, you play a vital role in safely transporting children while supporting our mission to enhance their developmental growth and learning experiences.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid CDL D****river's License S Endorsement with a clean driving record

• Knowledge of state and local transportation regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Flexible with hours and work schedule

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs

• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality

• Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director

• Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children

• Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience

• Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff

Compensation

Hourly Rate:$20.00 - $25.00 (based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity) This role may also be eligible forperformance-based incentives and additional benefits.
