Vehicle/Equipment Repair Technician II (61036857)

(Orangeburg Maintenance Unit) Perform skilled duties in the maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment. Responds to service calls in the field for vehicle and equipment repair. Determines the severity of the problem and makes necessary repairs. Performs proper welding techniques in repairing equipment. Performs duties during inclement weather.

May be required to work extended hours such as 12-hour shifts. Performs other related duties as assigned.
