Hometown LTC Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Staff Pharmacist to join our growing Long-Term Care team. In this role, you will provide clinical pharmacy services, verify and dispense medications, conduct medication reviews, collaborate with healthcare providers and facility staff, and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
You will play a vital role in supporting residents in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other long-term care settings while delivering exceptional customer service and clinical expertise.
