The City of Richmond Police Department is accepting applications for Police Officer
- Retiree Part time.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have retired from RPD Retirement must have been in the last 5 years or still hold a current DCJS certification If still employed with RPD, must complete the DROP program before eligible (If the DROP was not completed, you must be separated from the city for a period of no less than 12 months) Must be separated from the department for at least one pay cycle and can apply after 30 days WEEKLY HOURS PERMITTED-- 29-32.
We are required to pay overtime if it is worked; however it should be avoided. Must work over 29 hours a week or can be removed from the program. Rehired...
