Home Health Caregiver

• Rochester Hills Care. One Senior Care | Rochester, MI Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM About Care. One Senior Care Care. One Senior Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregiver to provide in-home care and support to a client in Rochester, Michigan. This is a great opportunity for a caregiver looking for a consistent weekday morning schedule while making a meaningful difference in a client's daily life. Caregiver Responsibilities Provide companionship and engage the client in a supportive manner Maintain a safe environment for the client Provide gait belt assistance as needed Assist with wheelchair mobility and safety Check and change briefs as needed Provide light housekeeping related to the client's care Accompany the client to physical therapy on scheduled therapy days Communicate effectively with the client's wife and Care. One Senior Care team regarding the client's needs and care The client's wife will be present in the home and available to assist as needed.

Qualifications

& Skills Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred Experience with gait belt assistance Experience assisting clients who use wheelchairs Ability to provide personal care, including brief changes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable, reliable, and punctual Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player Compassionate and professional approach to client care Requirements Must meet all Care.
