CNC Steel Processing Operator – Evening Shift Location: Richmond, VA Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Shift: Second Shift Starting Pay: From $24.00 per hour (higher compensation may be available based on experience) Shift Differential: Additional $3.00 per hour Position Overview We are seeking an experienced CNC Steel Processing Operator to join our second-shift manufacturing team.

This position is responsible for operating CNC equipment used in structural steel fabrication while ensuring parts are produced accurately, safely, and according to production requirements. The ideal candidate has experience in heavy manufacturing or structural steel fabrication and is comfortable working with automated machinery, fabrication drawings, and material handling equipment.
