Summary Inch & Co. is seeking an experienced, results-driven Marketing Director to lead integrated marketing strategies across our growing portfolio of real estate, development, and lifestyle brands.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong relationship driver, mentor, and team builder who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. They can move quickly between multiple divisions, brands, markets, and priorities while keeping teams aligned and focused on measurable results. Role Expectations Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies across multiple divisions, properties, developments, and lifestyle brands.
Partner closely with sales and leadership to align marketing priorities with lead generation, leasing, occupancy, revenue, and overall business goals. Own audience strategy, including customer personas, segmentation, targeting, and customer journeys, ensuring campaigns reach the right people with the right message. Use market research, sales insights, competitive intelligence, and performance data to guide strategy, budgets, and ongoing optimization.
Lead brand positioning and creative strategy, partnering with creative teams and outside resources to ensure execution is both compelling and strategically sound. Manage marketing budgets across paid media, digital, print, events, sponsorships, listing platforms, and creative production with a strong focus on performance and ROI.
Lead go-to-market, lease-up, and growth strategies for new developments, repositioned properties, and new business initiatives. Analyze marketing and sales KPIs including traffic, qualified leads, conversion, cost per acquisition, occupancy, revenue, and ROI, translating results into clear next steps. Build strong relationships across sales, operations, development, property management, creative, and leadership to create alignment and move initiatives forward quickly.
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, creating clear priorities, accountability, collaboration, and opportunities for growth. Successfully manage multiple brands, markets, projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Stay current on consumer behavior, real estate trends, digital marketing, technology, AI, and emerging opportunities that can improve performance.
Travel approximately 5–7 days per month to support properties, launches, regional teams, and industry events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated leadership of strategy, campaigns, budgets, teams, and measurable business results. Experience in real estate development, multifamily, property management, residential/commercial real estate, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred.
Proven ability to align marketing strategy with sales and revenue objectives. Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personas, consumer behavior, customer journeys, and targeted marketing. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing, sales, and market data and turn insights into actionable strategy.
Strong creative and brand instincts with experience effectively directing creative teams, agencies, designers, photographers, and other partners. Experience across digital marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, websites, CRM/email, reputation management, and integrated campaigns. Proven ability to manage budgets and make informed decisions about where marketing dollars will generate the greatest impact.
Exceptional relationship-building, leadership, communication, and team-development skills. Highly organized, adaptable, and able to make decisions and maintain momentum while managing multiple divisions and competing priorities. Willingness to travel approximately 5–7 days per month to support properties, launches, regional teams, and industry events.
