Job Title: Special Education Teacher Pay Range: $50-60/hour Job Description: Up to $60+/hour | Eaton, CO | Full-Time | 2026-2027 School Year Position Details: Elementary Case Load: Center-Based Classroom Full Time, 1.0 FTE In Person Starting August 2026 for the entire school year About the Role Ampersand Therapy is hiring Special Education Teachers to support students in Eaton, CO.

In this role, you’ll provide individualized instruction, develop IEPs, and create inclusive learning environments that help students succeed. You’ll work with a collaborative district and a supportive, therapist-run team.
