Full-Stack Power Platform Developer

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Power Platform Developer to develop, enhance, and support enterprise-grade applications and automation solutions. The role combines hands-on expertise in Power Apps Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Python, REST APIs, SQL, SharePoint, Office Scripts, and modern user-interface development, with a strong focus on performance, governance, reliability, and stakeholder outcomes.

• Develop and enhance responsive Power Apps Canvas applications.
• Design and maintain Power Automate workflows and process automations, including integrations with enterprise tools.
• Create JSON transformations and dynamic HTML/CSS user-interface components.
• Create REST APIs for external integrations.
• Develop Python scripts for automation.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application, workflow, connector, and data-performance issues.
• Implement role-based security, governance controls, validations, and auditability.
• Support testing, releases, technical documentation, runbooks, and solution handover.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements, demonstrate solutions, communicate progress, and escalate risks.
• Develop new features in existing applications.
• Maintain existing applications and flows while delivering continuous improvements and enhancements.
• Integrate the ServiceNow catalogue with the application to raise change requests (CRs).
• Create and maintain REST APIs for third-party integrations.
• Consume third-party APIs within the application.
• Stable, intuitive solutions delivered on time with minimal defects and rework.
• Reliable automation that reduces manual effort and provides clear failure visibility.
• Accurate data processing, responsive interfaces, and consistent outputs without formatting errors.
• Improved application performance, scalability, and production stability.
• Appropriate, traceable access and controlled changes across user roles.
• Controlled deployments supported by maintainable documentation and effective handover. Minimum six years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Python scripting. Overall 10 years in development.

1. Microsoft Power Platform Developer certification is preferred.
2. Knowledge of SQL database integration with Power Apps and Power Automate.
3. Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps Canvas Apps and advanced Power Fx.
4. Strong Power Automate experience, including expressions, conditions, loops, arrays, approvals, and error handling.
5. Minimum six years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Python scripting. Overall 10 years in development.
6. Microsoft Power Platform Developer certification is preferred.
7. Knowledge of SQL database integration with Power Apps and Power Automate.

10. Good knowledge of JSON objects, arrays, schemas, parsing, transformation, and null handling, together with experience in Python scripting.
11. Good knowledge of HTML and inline CSS for dynamic, responsive Power Apps interfaces.
12. Experience integrating Power Apps and Power Automate with SQL databases, SharePoint lists, and document libraries.
13. Hands-on experience creating REST APIs.
14. Experience creating Office Scripts to execute import/export functionality through Power Automate within Power Apps, including multi-sheet processing, field mapping, and data formatting.
15. Ability to troubleshoot delegation constraints, formula errors, connector failures, flow issues, and performance problems.
16. Understanding of role-based access, permissions, auditability, validation, and data governance.
17. Experience with testing, release support, technical documentation, and stakeholder communication.
18. Experience with Power Platform application lifecycle management, solutions, environment variables, connection references, pipelines, and source control.
19. Experience using Office Scripts for advanced Excel automation and workbook clean-up.
20. Experience with Agile delivery and enterprise UI/UX practices.
