Job Description: P repare and serve classic, signature, and craft cocktails, premium spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages to luxury standards Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to resort guests in bars, lounges, restaurants, and poolside venues Maintain in-depth knowledge of beverage menus, wine pairings, and resort promotions Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and organization meet 5-star hygiene and presentation standards Engage with guests to create memorable experiences while anticipating preferences and special requests Accurately process orders and payments using POS systems Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines Collaborate with service staff and management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours Handle guest feedback or concerns gracefully and professionally Comply with health, safety, and brand standards at all times Not the right fit?
