Job description
The Service Writer is responsible for supporting the maintenance team to process all maintenance-related paperwork, including creating and processing all work orders for the maintenance team and third-party vendors. They also support the maintenance team with daily tasks relating to invoicing and reporting. The Service Writer utilizes their strong organizational skills to provide both an exceptional employee experience (EEE) and an exceptional client experience (ECE).
