The Business Unit (BU) General Manager is an executive leader responsible for the overall performance, growth, and strategic direction of a defined business unit. This role owns full profit and loss (P&L) accountability and is responsible for delivering sustainable revenue growth, operational excellence, and market leadership.
The BU General Manager serves as the senior-most leader for their business area, aligning cross-functional teams—including Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Operations—around a unified strategy to achieve financial, customer, and organizational outcomes.
