The role drives R&D through the stage-gate process using an AI-automated system, supports the voice-of-customer and competitive research that feeds both engineering and commercial decisions, and serves as the gatekeeper and prioritizer for engineering requests into the mechanical systems team through an AI-built request management system.
The role is deliberately built around AI systems that it operates, maintains, and improves. It is positioned to keep R&D and engineering work flowing efficiently while ensuring product, customer, and competitive intelligence reaches the teams that need it.
