Remote - Benefits Specialist Agent

Position Overview

We are currently expanding our remote team and looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join us as Benefits Representatives. In this role, you will work with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefit programs. You will communicate with clients through phone and video appointments, explain available options, answer questions, assist with applications, and provide ongoing customer support.

This is a fully remote position with training, mentorship, and opportunities for long-term professional growth.

Responsibilities
