This position is located in the Human Resources Section, Business Operations Division. The work hours for this position are 8:00am – 5:00pm. Primary Purpose of Position:  The primary purpose of this position is to plan, implement, and assess training programs, to enhance employees' professional, administrative, and leadership skills, in alignment with agency goals and strategic initiatives.

This position assists with employment relations concerns, collaborating with staff development teams to identify training gaps, researching external resources, and implementing online learning solutions.
