Maintenance Technician

Legacy is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to support a 48-unit property located in Grandville, MI. As the Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completing and tracking residential work orders in a timely and accurate manner as well as performing general maintenance and repair duties. Additionally, this position is responsible for preventative maintenance, unit turns (tear down and maintenance repair of vacant units) and maintaining property grounds (clean up and trash removal).

A qualified candidate provides exceptional customer service, has the ability to work independently, and is willing to participate in an on-call program.

Requirements
