Provide expertise, consultation and mediation to managers/supervisors as regards labor law compliance, recordkeeping, recruiting, employee retention programs, performance appraisal, disciplinary and termination processes.
Coordinate, manage and monitor hiring and recruitment processes for the blue collar workers including the review of application/resume, the evaluation of applicants’ skills and the recommendation regarding the applicants’ qualifications. Guarantee that supervisors are in compliance with all national and company guidelines.
Cooperate in creating, maintaining and applying policies and procedures. Manage pre-payroll activities. Plan and carry out employee orientation process as well as exit interviews. Manage work clothes, lockers and entry cards. Manage time and attendance system Maintain HR ERP system (Workday) Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related subject 3+ years of relevant professional experience in HR and Administration Advanced skills in MS Office (especially Word and Excel) Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization Strong knowledge in social security and labor law Good organizing ability and time management skills Strong customer focus Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with high diligence Working proficiency in English and Hungarian Additional information: This is a fixed-term position with a minimum duration of one year Employee Contract Type: Fixed Term Full-Time Be part of our ZF Foxconn team and apply now!
