Manager Maintenance

Carpenter Co. has an immediate opening for Maintenance Manager at our Tupelo/Verona, MS manufacturing plant. This position will manage and direct the operation of the Maintenance Department in an efficient, safe, and quality focused manner. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading maintenance operations, ensuring that machinery, facilities, and systems are in optimal condition, and minimizing downtime through proactive and preventive maintenance.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic planning.
