Manager, Paid Media & Acquisition

We're hiring a Manager, Paid Media & Acquisition to own paid customer acquisition for Bally Bet and MONOPOLY Casino across North America. This role sits at the intersection of media buying and data science: you'll run a full-funnel paid media portfolio spanning digital (programmatic display, mobile, CTV) and traditional/offline channels (OOH, TV, radio), while building the AI-driven measurement and optimization layer that tells us which dollars are actually working.

This is a hands-on, individually accountable role for someone who is as comfortable in a media plan and an insertion order as they are in an attribution model or a prompt for an AI-powered bidding tool.
