- Solve the abnormal noise of electrical drives: as for abnormal noise during series production, analyze the signalcharacteristics, identify the root cause and find the solution; 解决电机噪声异响问题：对于量产件的异响问题，分析信号特征，识别根本原因，并寻找解决方案；
- Optimize the noise of electrical drives: analyze for the main excitation, resonance modal, structure weak points...contributing the noise level, and find the optimized design for NVH otpimization 对现有电机噪声进行优化：找出影响噪声水平的主要激励源/共振模态/结构弱点......，并找出降低噪声的优化设计方案；
- Lead NVH development for new products: Set up NVH targets with project team, Cooperate with design engineerfor NVH design, Identify possible NVH risks w/ support of simulation engineer, Find the solution for NVH problemduring sample phase, and Ensure the NVH target achievement. - Master degree or above in Mechanical engineer, acoustics or related; 硕士以上学历，机械、声学或相关专业；
- Solid theoretical knowledge on vibration mechanics and signal process; 扎实的振动力学和数字信号处理知识； 3. 2 years or above work or research experience on NVH related topics; 2年以上NVH 工作或课题经验；
- Good communication skills in English, both oral and written; 良好的英语口语和写作技能。
