Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Connecting with union members through inbound and outbound calls Scheduling and hosting virtual or telephone appointments Explaining benefit programs in a clear, easy-to-understand way Helping members select options suited to their needs Completing digital applications accurately and efficiently Maintaining high standards for compliance, service, and quality Taking part in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development Who Thrives Here We're looking for motivated, service-focused individuals who enjoy helping others and building strong relationships.
