Grid Systems ADMS/AspenTech Implementation Consultant

Required Skills

& Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in the electric utility industry, utility consulting, or utility technology implementation environment. Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and integrating ADMS systems (MUST SHOW on resume).

Required experience implementing AspenTech Digital Grid Management solutions, including AspenTech Monarch Platform (MUST SHOW on resume). Demonstrated experience leading workstreams, project teams, or major project deliverables. Strong understanding of utility operations and grid modernization initiatives. Experience gathering business, functional, technical, and integration requirements.

Experience leading testing, deployment, cutover, and operational readiness activities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
