Customer Support Agent - Swedish Market

This is a great opportunity for a Swedish-speaking professional who enjoys handling a variety of tasks and learning new skills. As a Customer Support Agent for the Swedish Market , you will be the first point of contact for players, assisting with daily queries. This is an urgent replacement. The role offers a salary of €25-28K , depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming queries in Swedish and English via email and live chat Provide accurate support and guidance on game functionalities, promotions, and technical issues Assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner Perform KYC document checks Work closely with AML and RG teams Stay up-to-date with SGA regulatory compliance requirements Skills & Requirements Extensive experience in i.
