ADB Companies is seeking a driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support our Recruit team across multiple business lines and geographic markets. This role is critical to building scalable, high-quality talent pipelines—particularly for high-volume and field-based roles—as the organization continues to expand into new regions.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, data-driven, and experienced in developing creative sourcing strategies, including outreach to trade schools and alternative talent channels. The ideal candidate will be driven, customer centric, possess a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, be deadline and goal driven with a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.
