Job Summary
The Microsoft Power Platform Administrator / SharePoint Developer will support the customer in delivering technology solutions to enhance the effectiveness of analysts and operational staff The successful candidate will maintain and enhance existing applications and dashboards built on Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint, while designing and developing new tools that streamline workflows, improve data visibility, and support mission objectives This position requires a combination of hands-on technical expertise, analytical problem-solving, and close collaboration with analysts and stakeholders in a high-security, data-driven environment Primary Responsibilities Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot existing Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards Design, build, and deploy new Power Apps and Power BI dashboards that meet end-user requirements Manage Power Platform environments, connections, permissions, and data gateways Develop automation and workflow solutions to streamline processes for client base Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem Design and deploy new SharePoint solutions integrated with Power Apps and Power Automate Ensure reliability, accessibility, and security of SharePoint-based applications and content Engage directly with customers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Provide user support, documentation, and training for applications and dashboards Work with IT security teams to ensure all solutions align with information assurance and cybersecurity standards Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements Required Qualifications U.
S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI Clearance Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot existing Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards Design, build, and deploy new Power Apps and Power BI dashboards that meet end-user requirements Manage Power Platform environments, connections, permissions, and data gateways Develop automation and workflow solutions to streamline processes for client base Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem Design and deploy new SharePoint solutions integrated with Power Apps and Power Automate Ensure reliability, accessibility, and security of SharePoint-based applications and content Engage directly with customers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Provide user support, documentation, and training for applications and dashboards Work with IT security teams to ensure all solutions align with information assurance and cybersecurity standards Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, secure solutions Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and customer-service orientation Desired Qualifications Experience supporting federal intelligence/law enforcement clients Experience with JSON, REST APIs, or integrating external data sources Exempt hourly position.
