We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foundation Crew Member to join our team. What’s In It For Me? Knowledge of foundation repair techniques, including underpinning, slab jacking, pier installation, and soil stabilization methods.

Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions. Assist and install sump pumps, dehumidifiers, French drains, and vapor barriers. Clean and remove mold with proper safety equipment. Operate heavy machinery, tools, and materials on-site. Complete preventative maintenance on foundation systems and the associated equipment.

Performs other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Requirements

Do I Have What It Takes! Certification or training in foundation repair techniques or related fields. Experience operating heavy machinery and equipment. Ability to go under small spaces like crawl spaces and basements. Must be adept at using the basic tools of the trade. Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
