Job Title: Finance Manager (Mandarin speaking) Employment: Full time Start Date: As soon as possible Country: Budapest, Hungary (on-site) Salary range: 1,000,000 - 1,600,000 HUF gross/month Contact: Bianca Papa | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 673 Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with local regulations Monitor cash flow, cost control, and financial performance Coordinate with regional and global finance teams Support business decision-making through financial analysis and insights Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies Experience/Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience across the end-to-end finance function, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Extensive financial analysis experience is a must, with the ability to provide strategic insights and support business decision-making. Proven experience in managing month-end and year-end closing processes. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and compliance. Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with business leaders.

Experience working in a Chinese multinational company is highly preferred Logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry experience is a plus. Mandarin and English proficiency are mandatory.
