• FWS Division: Support Services Department: Facilities Experience: Entry-level Job Code: FWSCLEANPAWSCR Supervisor/Reports To: Charles Atkinson Start Date: 8 /5/2026 Coordinate the Clean Paws program by managing projects, student employees, and marketing efforts to ensure a clean and welcoming campus environment. Ideal for students with leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee Clean Paws projects and student employee assignments – L, TW, P, CSD Coordinate with supervisor to identify areas needing attention – C, CT, P Market the program through social media, flyers, and campus events – C, TW, T Track project progress and provide regular updates to supervisor – C, P, CT Train and mentor Clean Paws student employees – L, TW, C, P, CSD Maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with supervisor and team – P, C, TW Competencies/Skills: Communication (C), Teamwork (TW), Professionalism (P), Career & Self Development (CSD), Critical Thinking (CT), Community Transformation (CTR), Leadership (L), Technology (T) Preferred Skills: Word, Excel, Social Media & New Technology, attention to detail, strong active listening abilities, willingness to learn new things.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 hours per week; hours flexible according to student schedule. Work Conditions: Indoor and outdoor environments. Physical Demands: Keyboarding, reaching, stooping, lifting/carrying up to 30 lbs.
