General Overview $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS Are you a Dental Assistant looking for a privately owned practice where you can help patients every day? Schedule: You will be thrilled to know that we work NO WEEKENDS! Monday 8:00am - 5:00pm Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm Friday alternating 9:00am - 4:00pm Responsibilities As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to): Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient. Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience. Actively monitor lab materials and supplies. Develop a relationship with the patient. Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines. Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs. Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals. Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.
Qualifications
1+ year of experience working as a Dental Assistant, preferred High school diploma or GED. Other certifications as required by the state, as an example: Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF), etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
