Client Service Associate (Part-Time) – UAE Nationals

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?Join Cartier as a Client Service Associate and play a key role in delivering a seamless after-sales experience. As an ambassador of the Maison, you will support clients throughout their service journey, ensuring every interaction reflects Cartier’s standards of excellence.As a UAE National, this role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global luxury environment, working closely with experienced teams and engaging with a diverse clientele.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?Provide exceptional after-sales service and support to clients. Act as the main point of contact for service-related inquiries. Guide clients through repair and service processes with clarity and care. Monitor service files and ensure timely follow-up and communication. Support the boutique and watchmaker in delivering a smooth service experience.

Contribute to client satisfaction and after-sales performanceHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?Minimum 3 years’ experience in client service (luxury is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. Interest in jewellery, watches, and after-sales service.

Comfortable using systems and tools (MS Office, CRM).
