Job Overview: The Item Grouping Steward is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and ongoing standardization of product groupings on the B&H website.

Candidate is a subject matter expert with strong product knowledge and a keen awareness of customer needs across diverse product areas. Under the supervision of the Item Grouping Manager, he/she creates, maintains and standardizes PDP navigation meant to streamline the purchasing process for customers. Essential Responsibilities: Creates new product groupings adhering to a set of stylistic and strategic guidelines.

Works with manager of Item Grouping to define and document customer edge cases. Revisits categories to update past product groupings for clarity and consistency. Additional Responsibilities: As assigned by Item Grouping Manager Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Familiarity with website navigation structure and search Strong knowledge of B&H products and categories Experience with target customer needs and online shopping behavior Knowledge of Microsoft Office (esp.
