Job Description: 1. User Account Management

• Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across various systems.
• Assign and review user access rights based on roles and responsibilities. 2. Authentication and Authorization
• Develop and maintain robust authentication mechanisms, such as multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Manage authorization processes to ensure appropriate access levels. 3. Password and Credential Management
• Enforce password policies, including complexity, expiration, and reset requirements.
• Manage credential issuance and lifecycle. 4. Access Reviews and Audits
• Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance and detect any anomalies.
• Report findings and implement corrective actions as necessary. 5. Policy Development and Enforcement
• Develop IAM policies and procedures aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure policies are enforced and communicated across the organization. 6. Monitoring and Incident Response
• Monitor IAM systems for suspicious activities and potential security breaches.
• Respond to and investigate IAM-related security incidents. 7. System Maintenance and Improvement
• Maintain and update IAM systems to ensure they are operating effectively.
• Work with IT and security teams to identify and implement system improvements. 8. Training and Support
• Provide training to employees on IAM policies and procedures.
• Offer technical support to resolve IAM-related issues. 9. Collaboration and Coordination
• Work with various departments to ensure IAM practices are integrated into overall business processes.
