Senior Services Coordinator

Performs assessment, referral, and volunteer recruitment and program documentation work for home delivered meals, frozen meals, general transportation, and medical transportation programs through the Recreation and Senior Services Department.  An employee in this class assesses, makes eligibility determinations, and makes referrals for specific meal and transportation services in the County.
