The Call Center Scheduler plays a key role in ensuring exceptional patient experience and efficient clinic operations. This position is responsible for managing high volume inbound calls, accurately scheduling patient appointments and procedures, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and maintaining complete and accurate patient records.
