Process Engineer
- Distributed Edge Architecture - 10+ yrs of Experience
- TS/SCI w/Poly Required Halogen Engineering is looking for a Development Support Process Engineer on our team who will document processes and establish relationships to implement the DEA tenets. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and validating architecture views, technical documents, and executive briefings. You will also be responsible for facilitating workshops and working groups to gather inputs and ensure stakeholder alignment with DEA milestones and objectives. You will lead the operational test and evaluation process to ensure end-to-end functions meet the required mission objectives and outcomes. Location: Fort Meade, MD Travel Required: No Shift: Day Remote Type: Onsite Security Clearance: Current TS/SCI Polygraph: Required Salary Range The projected compensation range for this position is 210K-216K (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or Education from an accredited school or university and Ten (10) years' experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Experience is to include, within the past ten (10) years, five (5) years' experience in facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices. A High School Diploma or GED and fourteen (14) years of experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity would also be acceptable. Experience with Distributed Edge Architecture. Desired Experience Five years of demonstrated experience in the full product lifecycle: concept, development, production, utilization, support, and retirement. Five years of experience working within the Intelligence Community (IC). Familiarity with customer infrastructure. Experience with customer software development environment to include data formats and data transformation methods. Familiarity with customer field site architecture, collection products, and mission management tools. Strong working relationship with military services and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with the military services. Experience with the creation of graphics, briefs, and CONOPs for senior management. Ability to work within a team setting to complete assigned tasks within an expected time schedule. Flexible/easily adaptable within a dynamic work environment that may require surge efforts.
