What You'll Do

Greet every patient with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality — making Elysian feel like a place people actually want to be Answer and manage a busy phone line with professionalism and a friendly, upbeat tone Schedule and coordinate patient appointments with precision and care Process patient referrals, including coordinating with other providers and tracking required documentation Keep the front desk running smoothly — organized, on time, and detail-perfect Anticipate patient needs and handle questions or concerns with grace Maintain a clean, welcoming, and positive front-office environment Collaborate closely with the clinical team to keep the day flowing seamlessly What We're Looking For An energetic, people-first personality — someone who naturally makes others feel comfortable and cared for Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone A genuine desire to serve others and be part of a patient's positive experience Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Prior front desk, customer service, or medical office experience preferred, but a great attitude matters most Experience with referral coordination or insurance processes is a plus Comfort with scheduling software and basic office technology Why Elysian We believe the front desk sets the tone for everything that follows.
