Benefits & Leave Administrator

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented Leave & Benefits Administrator to support our growing team across multiple states. This role is responsible for administering employee leave programs and benefits while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies. The Leave & Benefits Administrator serves as a trusted resource for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners by providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the employee lifecycle. This position plays a key role in supporting JAG's commitment to employee well-being by ensuring timely administration of leave requests, benefits enrollment, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
