Parts Manager

Buffalo Lift Trucks & Vitan Equipment is looking for a Parts Manager to lead our Buffalo parts department. This role oversees the team, inventory, purchasing, and day-to-day parts operations while supporting our service technicians and keeping the department running efficiently.

Responsibilities

Manage parts inventory, ordering, receiving, and returns Lead, train, and develop the parts team Coordinate parts needs with technicians and the service department Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts Identify and reduce obsolete or excess inventory Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient parts department Ensure department processes are followed consistently Qualifications Parts management or parts leadership experience Experience in material handling, heavy equipment, automotive, truck, or a related industry preferred Strong knowledge of parts ordering and inventory management Leadership and team development experience Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced service environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement Paid time off and holidays
