Job description
The Technical Development Manager provides technical leadership for the development and commercialization of Verdesian Life Sciences' biological and biostimulant products within specialty crop markets. This role serves as the agronomic subject matter expert, leading field research, validating product performance, supporting product positioning, and delivering technical training and support to sales teams, growers, consultants, and other stakeholders. The position works cross-functionally with R&D, Product Management, Regulatory, Marketing, and Sales to drive product adoption and generate science-based agronomic recommendations.
This is a remote role & location is preferred to be in CA, but other adjacent states will be considered for strong candidate.
